Salary: $254,219.68 - $316,424.16 AnnuallyUnder direction, to perform professional legal work in the function of child support services. The Department of Child Support Services is recruiting for two (2) Attorney IV – Child Support Services positions. One successful candidate may be assigned Lead Attorney/Attorney of Record duties and shall receive a differential based on a rate which is approximately 10% above the salary range. Attorneys designated by the department to perform these duties shall receive this differential in accordance with the County of Santa Clara and Santa Clara County Government Attorneys Association Memorandu m of Agreement.Close Date: 10/18/26Categories: Legal, Professional, Child Support, Attorney
